This is a webtoon, not a manga. From what I've seen, it's mostly Japanese manga that have light novel versions. (with some exceptions)
On contrary, there are many, many webtoons these days that started with a light novel actually. The light novel industry in Korea has been booming like crazy and 1 out of 3 webtoon come from light novels.
I think you mean “web novel”.
Light novels are almost exclusively Japanese. So Korean and Chinese Novels’s wouldn’t be called light novels,
There’s a web novel in Kakao page, however, it seems that no one has translated it yet.
