you have to understand it later why Mori's absence make sense. If he's there it will just be over in an instant. The author tried the rest of the characters to develop so they share little bits of spotlight.
Mori Jin will be back in the current arc. This is one of the strangest yet fascinating manwha i've read where the MC is on a leave (he just comes and goes) still everything is for character development now that I've reached the current chapters, it does make sense.
