The author could’ve just had him slap on lots of makeup but no of course he had to colour his face black as well. How disgusting.
I’m Asian but if people keep justifying blackface over and over again with the reason that it’s just the “asian mindset”, it’s making us asians in general look dumb and ignorant. Not all of us think that way. Stop thinking we’re babies or something. People need to stop justifying and start educating.

So- it’s not racism but they made two chapters calling him a ‘black ball’, ugly, and disgusting? Colorism IS racism, when you judge based on skin it’s racism. He looked exactly the same except darker skin and beauty marks, so it’s not like a huge change. I enjoyed the story but he could transform into ANYONE else if that’s the case but he changed into a black person- Author may not have intended racism based on ignorance but it’s 2020, its easy to read why blackface and colorism is wrong even though it should be common knowledge not to bash someone for their skin. She’s an damn adult. People excusing Asian countries for their mind set is why they will never understand, they’re a different ethnicity, not a different age.
