tbh, I think the ship is already dying down.. I'm just proud that Joowon's finally accepting all of this. I just want him to be happy and Love himself more. At the same time, Joowon keeps appearing in the flashbacks but that really got me worried that there's more to it than that.. It's pretty confusing on who's gonna end up with who..
on the other hand!! im having a feeling that taekyung's gonna appear more in the flashbacks!! and i also have a feeling that Haesoo and him met somewhere else before (btw he's so cute i wanna strangle him-)
People has a knack for telling me what pair to like and dislike but you can keep yapping and I'll still support Joowon.
For me personally, when I just started off reading I felt how toxic Jowoon and Haesoo is so when Taekyung was introduced in the story I immediately got swayed and began rooting for Taekyung for Haesoo.
A lot has been saying that Haesoo has been through a lot because of Joowon but I think those people who thought that way forgot that Jowoon has been through the same thing as well and the last chapter was the one that made me realize that. When Joowon's father expressed how they should just be together I began to reflect as well. It is true that they've been toxic but it isn't as if it's Joowon's fault entirely because Haesoo played just as much for their relationship to go as bad as it is. Because of how hard their situation is, they do things to get a rise out of each other because through that they'll have such cheap reassurance of what's it's like to be love by the other. I understand that given the situation.
I was rooting for Taekyung until I read the last panel and also realized that when Haesoo asked Joowon to stopped even if he really does not want to, he did. We can obviously see how pained he was when he doesn't want to continue his career but was still forced to continue. Joowon was mad as well but in the end, he went to Taekyung to confront him about the rumors because he truly does not want to hurt Haesoo even if that's what he was doing, he probably deemed it acceptable since Haesoo does the same to him. When he accepts that Haesoo has Taekyung, he wasn't like what you would consider to be toxic, he was hurt but in the end, he was still very considerate of Haesoo.
That was what made me realize that he subtly redeemed himself. Even if they need to work hard to fix whatever they have, they truly have the potential to start off things differently and make each other happy properly besides 10 years? And their feelings stayed through all throughout? It would be a waste to throw it away especially when none from the two of them are bad people from the very start.
Joowon please hang in there! I will root for you, love lots. ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
