omfg same i mean i really feel bad for mafuyu i even cried but now my heart hurts so muchhh for uenoyama he is really trying his best and URKKK i sometimes really need a break from given @_@
WhenI read what uncle Eunsang said about "You're living in the past and is missing your present" or something, that reminded me of Given's predicament. Everyone needed that advice tbh, I want Ueno's happiness ToT

Tbh, Mafuyu was doing some baby step progress in the anime but then we see the manga and bam! As per the latest chapter, it's Ueno himself said that Yuki is never really dead and all, that he's still everywhere.I know it wont be easy to forget him and all but hey Taeyi and the others actually showed us how to move forward without forgetting the ones we lost and still treasuring them.
Wah, sorry for the rant. I want both Mafu and Ueno's happiness too －.－)
i agree in the anime ue didnt even seem like his bf bc mafuyu was still thinking of yuki. the alarm clock in the manga was the last straw for me, but i sticked around for haruki and akhiko
When I finished Jazz for two, I started Given because of the similarities! but, as you say, the progress in the main couple is too slow. I feel that Haruki and Akhiko have a better relationship...
This manga reminds me so much of Given and I don't mean to sound biased but unlike Given, I love how this story is people actually moving forward unlike in Given where they are still caught up in the past. SPOILERS BEYOND: I hate how theyre trying to turn the MC'S love interest into his lat ex-bf and the poor love interest is being overshadowed by a dead guy.
I'm sorry for the rant but this story feels like a salvation to me after finding out what's happening in G right now.
