It’s only if you haven’t read the earlier chapters, but that guy just automatically knew that Doyun was an omega, unlike the other alphas who didn’t even figure it out.
Read chapter 22-23 again, he was introduced there (with full name) as a new worker.
Concerning the spoiler: That's because of the timing. He could have run into any other alpha and they would have figured it out.
