When you sign up and go to your account you should see where there’s a button to click to and you can email them. For the subject you can say “Adult Certification Overseas” and add your ID. You can block everything (Your face, address, etc) but just don’t block your birth date so they can confirm that you’re 18+. They will email you back to confirm that you’re good to go.
If you don’t plan on reading 18+ manhwa then you don’t need to email them to confirm that you’re 18+. You can just sign up and buy coins to read the SFW ones.
