Idk what it is about webtoons and the nickname Tia. Aristia, Tiararose, Bertia, Artesia. Lotta A names too, like Ariadna and Athanasia... What's going on?

    Well.

Aristia sounds aristocratic. That's the whole aesthetic they were trying to put, so I guess they succeeded.

Bertia...TBH I don't like the name and stopped reading the manga after ch 3 so I don't know. I don't remember who Artesia or Ariadna are either.

Athanasia makes sense, since it means immortal if I remember correctly, and ties in with her royal lineage and perhaps transmigration? We'll have to see

As for tiararose...do I even have to talk about that one? The naming sense in that vomit inducing story(pardon my English) is absolutely ridiculous. (I mean, the male lead I practically called a hippo, so like-) Tiara and rose. Bam. Tiararose. I stopped reading that one cause it was cringy as hell and stupid, but I distinctly remember how I hated the naming sense.

in tiararose's case the whole characters name is so weird, i mean the ML is named water horse loll. i guess same with how white authors arent accustomed to east asian culture when writing a character that is from that said culture (i.e. JK rowling naming cho chang and the patil twins), east asian authors often dont delve into western culture more lol. most of those name are medieval fantasy ish names too not exactly a name so theres that

Yes, but naming the male lead after a hippo was too much for me. It made me laugh tho, so I guess that's ok.

But the others? Ugh. Don't get me started.
