Okay I actually love that Aria is a bit of a bitch. She grew up dirt poor and was thrown into this noble society only to be used like a pawn and destroyed by her "family." Most of these stories have lead characters that are genuine and funny, but this girl is fake and angry. I don't want to be her friend or enemy, but I really enjoy her as a character.
