His name is Hiu. However, from what I understand, it seems that he was a secret child and high society wasnt aware of his existence. Since he became the next duke, people must've assumed he was Hugo cas they didn't know he had a twin.
One of the twins had to die for the other one to live, Hugo sacrificed himself for hui to live on, I believe that hui was treated as trash while Hugo was given a nice life and Hugo felt bad. So hui is now acting as Hugo
