Well depending on the case I still think they can. My mom had a hysterectomy and her options was a tube baby or surrogate. If the only thing removed is the uterus then she still makes eggs this couple could use. Also I think it was a good idea to remove it and I hope she doesn't regret it. I saw my mom suffer from having cysts and that doesn't even compare to what this gal went through. Its sad she can't get pregnant but there are still a few options ( expensive yes but I think thy can afford and hopefully consider).
