Yes you can! But, certain bonus coins can ONLY be used for certain chapters of a story that has been promoted.
Hi sweetie, if you click on the bonus coins you have, it directs you to the bonus coins list on your acc and there it lists which of your bonus coins are title exclusive and which of them are usable for every webtoon. I made the same deadly mistake long ago and spent my precious paid coins ╥﹏╥ so I learned it by the hard way (￣∇￣")
