I get confused too on this one, I feel like I gotta take notes and forget names and stuff. Lots of things get confusing with translation too, so this was my take on what's going on. It seems to make more sense. You guys are very welcome.

Lee Bin goes and sees his dad and thanks to the blood "Idea", they find out that there's 3 babies. Most likely 2 lycan and 1 vampire. He talks to Ino (his lover, the silver wolf), who says the babies won't make it due to the hypnosis that was done on Soulhyun when him and Hwa were young to make them forget each other. This causes him to believe he was only male so his body is rejecting the babies he doesn't know he has in him, and Hwa doesn't know either but is trying to be supportive.
