He is not proud gay at all? If Aki didn't say anything he would've never confessed at the end and lived his life with regrets.
I mean telling your feelings to someone is different from at least unashamedly being gay to himself... Even straight couples sometimes find it hard to confess... At least he doesn't have some internalized homophobia shit because of what happened to him in the past that's what I meant
It's so refreshing seeing a shamelessly proud gay uke in highschool... And the way he's optimistic inspite of being rejected once before... It's so different to the usual stuff
