Damn, that sucks. But it seems he loved his son on the earlier chapters. Hope there's a plot twist. This breaks my heart.
Hmmm, well hwagok didn't know about Idea, the parasite. Lee didn't have to infect hwa with Idea for his protection as a child, he did that bc he cared as a father. I think, in this chptr, he is like if hwa isn't strong enough now to protect himself that's on him.
