Okay, Im going to address several things with your comment, so please bear with me and tell me if there are things you need me to clarify. Heads up i wasnt sure what you understood about this issue so i just kinda went crazy.

1) i dont mean to sound demeaning or rude, and i sincerely apologize if i misunderstood your conversational cues but the way you said "Oh is it really that bad?" Makes me feel like you dont really understand the gravity of rxpe and i feel the need to make you understand. It kinda seems like, at the end of the day, it doesn't matter to you bc youve only ever seen it in works of fiction. Mind you, This is purely based off of the way you replied and is in no way a reflection of what i think of you as a person. Im sure youre a very lovely girl.

2) rxpe is not sex. Sex requires consent from both parties, or however many people are participating in intercourse. (For the sake of this conversation though, lets stick to the vanilla 2-person sex) When consent is missing from the act of intercourse, then that's rxpe. No matter the circumstance, every time a person wants to have sex with someone, they have to ask for consent. Consent can be taken just as easily as it is given. Meaning when a person says yes to having sex, but in the middle of doing it, they ask to stop, and their partner ignores them, then thats already rxpe. Dubious consent or dubcon is another issue. Consent can only be given by a person when they are in the right state of mind, meaning when the person giving consent has their judgement compromised (e.g. they are drunk, they are sleeping/unconscious, they are too tired, they are being threatened, theyre below the age of consent and their partner isnt.) they cannot give proper consent and their consent during these times do not count. These events are what we call dubcon. Yes, it also counts as rxpe.

3)when you said you dont read yuri bc it doesnt excite you, it made me feel relieved bc that told me that you know and are fully aware that this is all fiction and is made to entertain you. Still though, i need you to understand that although these are just stories, it does not mean that the themes present in the stories cannot happen in real life. If you already understand that, then that's great!

4) i want to explain to you how males can also be victims of sexual assault and not just the unwilling guy in a harem as per your example (although, yes. That is also rxpe). Like ive explained in #2, any sexual encounter not met with consent from all parties IS rxpe, meaning that when a guy says he doesn't wanna do it, but their partner coerces them, or forces them, then that's rxpe. Now, the most common argument for this is that guys dont get rxped bc they probably enjoyed it or that theyre lucky that they even got laid. But the fact of the matter is, they said no. And they were made to feel like what they wanted didnt matter as much as what their partners wanted. (This is a best case scenario, mind you, there are lots of cases where the guy is abused and even killed, its just not given as much importance) There are cases wherein the guy doesn't even realize that he was rxped bc of the mentality that guys don't get rxped. Its extremely toxic and damaging for guys regardless of age.
