I kinda get what you are saying and I don't dislike it. But not all modern women have be 'strong' and 'intelligent' to be loved...
I agree with you, with all the main stream female leads, some may forget that a person (man or woman) need not be strong and intelligent to be loved. Everyone has their good points and shortcomings and are still very much lovable. (●'◡'●)ﾉ
The story is about these two men changing simply because of the presence of her and not something she does. They don't require a strong, intelligent AND compassionate woman but only a compassionate woman...the only ever attribute a woman is supposed to have...
I think it's nice but in a society where women are trying hard to get out of the barrier of "only good for bringing 'softness into a man's hard life' and 'only a housewife', this kind of story becomes disappointing...
