Will she though ? Because her love feelings for the blonde guy are pretty strong and I think unless he harms her, they stop getting involved with eachother or he betrays her they might not change so easily. So far they only things she had toward Cabel are fear and prude embarassement.
No if you looks into the past chapters, there are lot of moments where she was flustered by Cabel. I think a little bit more moments than with the prince.
But since the prince keeps that "angelic prince" attitude toward her, she believes he is the one. But again, her body and inner mind likes Cabel but since her impression of him is scary, she is still in fear. This reminds me of The Vampire Diaries, the relation between Damon and Elena. (Of course TVD is a bit wilder)

I bet you Cabel’s been in love with her waaay before. It probably happened within those three years he spent visiting the temple and here she is, lying about being in love with him.
I get why she did it, fear struck her and I know she’s going to truly fall in love with him but damn this is cruel.
