Yaoi

So I'm now reading the novel and I LOVE IT and the manga has been on my list for a while now, but I only now realised that yaoi tag there. I don't really understand why it's yaoi. I know there'll be some spicy scenes at the end, but I don't thing it'll be shown in the manga, just like in mdzs. So can someone exlain why is there a yaoi tag instead shounen ai tag?
