Nothing bc when he was giving her the flower, he doesn't want some kind of affection from her. He just wants to give it to her just because (no bad intentions). So it wouldn't hurt if she just keeps the flower just because bc that is her fav flower anyways.
How they hell should she know that? All she knows (as a fact) is that he fucked up her brother, and swore loyalty to her. His behavior is hella confusing. She knows nothing about his true intentions.
