Its not an open ending. They will elope and live together as brothers who also love eachother once yutaka enters uni.

Not into incest but i this is probably the most smooth non toxic story ive read...i Love how they were both confused how to settle feelings for eachother...i feel like its an open end left a bittersweet feeling for me
