Honestly I rather have a side story about Jihyun meeting someone who can made him move on. Which is kinda interesting to see what kind of person strong enough to whip him out of his stagnant love.
Jihyun is pitiful. Yes he did a terrible crime but that doesn't mean he isn't deserving a second chance in life since he regretted it and got his punishment; he lost Chiwoo for good. Wishing him being miserable for the rest of his life won't make anyone feel better. Certainly not me.
