It was mentioned in chapter one. He got the injury during a match he lost but didn’t take care of it properly so it got worse as he trained to the point it was permanent
does the reason of his injury was revealed in the raws? I feel like the hyung/or the master, has got something to do with it. That's why he was so desperate to help him.
