i don't know bout others,but i agree he was a simp and i honestly have no problem w/ that. He is the most handsome simp i have ever seen (≧∀≦)

Thank you for the explanation and now I can say I partially agree with it. I don’t think Adele bright nothing to the table. He certainly is submissive (and I kind of like that ) but Adele has value as a woman. She helped him get rid of Susan, she has here businesses (which may be idea from her past life but still it counts), she is a mother and I’m guessing she also has responsibilities as a Duchess. I do think she was kind of annoying after the Susan drama was over, when she made Elias run after her like there’s not tomorrow, but he kind of deserved that cause he was being a coward. Anyway, he is thoroughly spoiling his wife, which is kinda cute since he is both handsome and successful.
The duke stayed a simp till the end. Change my mind you cannot convince me this dude wasn’t a simp
