The problem is it's the name of an actual illness in this REAL world. It would have been fine if the symtoms were listed correctly, or if they used the correct name of that eating disorder, or even if they made up a completely new name, but they did not. And it's such a well known illness too, with a bit of basic research the translator should have known not to call it "bulimia".

The fact that they keep calling this bulimia, and the sentence "rare disease, only exists in two people in the world" is seriously pissing me off. Bulimia is an eating disorder where they have binging episodes and then vomit it all afterwards, and it's very serious. Not this "eating anything and everything without limit, perpetually hungry" bullshit.
