Ok also just remembered some more. At the very end of the series there are two universes and she can only choose to save one. She chooses her own world and I remember the last panel is her grown up in a car with her friends saying "I'm okay now"

Hey guys i'm looking for a particular horror manga that I forgot the name of. The main character is a bullied girl with abusive parents and she is transported to another world like once a week where she has to fight monsters except she's excited to do it because when a monster is defeated the person closest to her dies (one of her abusers). I remember one person in her squad and she turned out to be pregnant but had a weird condition where she knew after it was too late to get an abortion because her stomach didn't swell. Lolol I know this all sounds crazy but if anybody recalls this please help me out
