I belive the favorites are for topics, not for mangas. i-i I also want to mark some mangas as favorite. I hope it works for that one day.
Why don't you use the "I already read"/ "I'm reading" buttons for your favourites. That's how I do it at least.

Hey, does anyone know how to mark mangas as favorites? Because on your personal page there is a list with the title "my favorites" but i don't get when the manga will appear there...
