If you're asking because they aren't any new chapters here
I'd say nothing, mangago doesn't upload right away, and still the translators have to translate it for us and then upload it here so that will definitely take a while
But if you've seen other sites without new chapters or there has been news that the actual manga in Japan stopped releasing chapters, then I'd say I'm not sure
