i think most of us aren't... yeah... somehow, it feels like in real life, most first times (and I mean sex) isn't as shining, shimmering, splendid as stories do.

Actually... before, I really felt like first times was supposed to be... well... something... amazing? i'm not sure but it should have been SOMETHING. I mean... my first time happened in a corn field... and it ended fast too... I really thought it should have been something... more... or at least on a comfortable bed and not just a quickie. xD
After that day, I became cynical towards stories with first times that are too... amazing? xD I'll be like, naaahhh... unrealistic xD

I think you made a comment without understanding what you're commenting on.
After reading a true to life story... I was reminiscing my past experience, comparing it to the experiences of the author of this story and also the experiences of real people I met in real life, remembering all the other fictional stories with amazing first times, then made a conclusion.
My comment was supposed to encompass a variety of experiences and perspectives, but your comment was stuck on the thinking that my comment was a poor assessment of the story.
