So I'm too tired to come up with an actual theory right now, but here are some thoughts.
The mc has black hair. She never mentions having to dye it or anything. But conversely, something interesting about the actual princess we see in the flashback is that her brows are dark unlike the commander's so could she have been bleaching her hair.
Purple eyes are a trait of the Logos empire, as duke Gray kept saying that one time. The eye shape of the princess and Lucien isn't too far apart though.
If the princess and Lucien are the same person, then that raises the question of how each life works, because I doubt Lucien lost her memories. Logically, it doesn't yet make sense for God to confiscate any of her memories unless she maybe did something distasteful.
