i think they had that convo the night ritsuka listened to the demo. remember his sister was calling him for dinner and notice that he's focused on his guitar and said to herself that it is like when he was doing mafuyu's song.

when ritsu finished yuki's song, his sister told him that he has to understand yuki MORE THAN anyone else to be able to do it. and given that he did finish it, can i say that ritsuka understands yuki more than mafuyu? well i mean since the song is about his feelings to mafuyu too so i think mafuyu himself still doesnt understand fully yuki's feelings for him. and that mafuyu is clearly at loss at everything that happened. so yeah? ritsu gets the depth of yuki's feeling cuz they the same...?
