I think he's lowkey cheering for Hinata. Raise again he said, I think that means to receive by Hinata again. Even tho Shirabu and Ushijima used to play on the same team way back, I remember there's a sense of rivalry towards them. It's like saying, "Defeat that monster" that's how I see it.
