Thought about that too but then his insomnia was a curse maybe there's also a spell that may be unthinkable in scientific standpoint thats allows him to live while not sleeping idk but its okay since having no sleep causes you to go mad hahaha
manga's logic. also the curse did affect the guy's organ. his mind is a mess lolol
From a scientific stand point, we cannot survive without sleep. The brain and organs will not be able to function properly and the person will die within months. A random serious thought. (￣ε(#￣)Σ
