Noe's in love with Vanitas? I don't know what you mean by "love" but I really hope that those two will never be lovers. I like this bromance, turning it into a gay ship would be a waste. And I wouldn't say that Noe is CLEARLY in love with Vanitas. It's more admiration and curiosity than love.

Mhhh to be honest I see at their relationship more like a good friendship. I don't sense any romance between them, only a deep bound as two people connected by the same string of destiny. I say this as a fujoshi (generally I like more gays couple than hetero, like in PH) but here I sense more romance between Vanitas and Jeanne.

Please elaborate Rather than say that ‘oh yeah at first I did it because I found her reactions cute and then she showed me expressions that I never would have expected’. REALLY? That’s fucken it! Yeah it does happen In rl but I loved the words you used “oddd and forced” to describe jean and vanitas relationship. Urgh it just rub me wrong when the romance aspect of this came into the story. UGHHHHHHH. This manga is brilliant, truly. But Jeanne and Vanitas? No, mate. I don't like it. I've got nothing against hetero ships at all but they seem very odd and forced here. If there is going to be any romance wouldn't it make sense to be Vanitas and Noe? Noe is clearly in love with Vanitas.
