Uhh no? When they first met, Asher saw the Roscente insignia from Aria's carriage and his servant just assumed she was Mielle and then the second time they met, Asher asked for her name directly but Aria didn't answer. I think you need to read it again

He can't oppose his sister at all and he just do whatever his sister tells him to without putting much a fight. Asher is millions times better than him bc he just tell Isis to fuck off without caring that she's a duke's daughter or whatnot. Though he made some mistakes too like he just assumed Aria is Mielle (it was mostly his servant that Pino guy's mistake lmao)
