In the last chapter, kirin and his father went to his mother apartment to take some of her stuff so she can move with them and not remain alone especially now that seorin is dead. Searching through the closet he find out this envelope where there are other copies of the photos and a letter.... Behind the package there is the adresss and the name of the senter.... KANG MOO, NY. This is a big shock for kirin because now he knows for sure that Kang moo in some way knew his dead sister.
The guy you saw in front of kirin house is one of the members of the secret club. That one who has a fixetion with him and tried to rape him multiple times but was always saved by Kang moo.
