Is this manga dropped? It seems like there is only 7 volumes out and hasn’t been updated at all so far. And the English publication is halted at volume 5? Or is this just on a really long hiatus

Sorry for my late reply, english translate of manga only available for 5 volumes. There is no English version for vol 6 and 7. You can buy it Japanese if you want
