at the beginning of ch 22, suyeong gets aroused in the shower thinking of taeseung and he gets so shocked by this that he tries to drink the arousal away. that's why he gets so drunk so then when minhyeok makes a move on him right after, suyeong's actually thinking of taeseung and winds up calling out taeseung's name. and in the next chapter, we see his "dream" sequence where basically everything minhyeok did in ch 22, suyeong thinks its a sex dream with taeseung.

Then minhuyk tries to kiss suyeong and He didn’t even resist.
