If I am correct it must have been somewhere in the last ten or fifteen chapters of the competed main story. Although you couldn't really see the rape actually happening. Hope I could be of any help
Yeah I first thought that as well but given the reaction of the ML afterwards it makes me think he raped him. But I am not sure （￣へ￣）
