tbh from my personal pov, i think she's just plain annoying, if i were him i wouldn't even respond to her and ignore her or hit her. it's how much i wouldn't want to talk with someone like that. the only thing that makes it okayish is that she ahs the power to have that sort of personality, but i wouldn't want to know people like that even if they were the most powerful person in the world.
