I think they're mixing it with the korean age, an 18 year old could be considered 20 in korea, koreans are 1 year old when born and everyone ages a year on new years day, so there are 20 year old high schoolers in korea, though they would be considered 18 elsewhere, that's my guess for the age discrepancy

There's something that's been ticking me and that's their age... It was said they died as 18 years old teenagers but then they say they're 25 years old mentally??
Excuse me if I'm wrong but 18+5=23 not 25
