Good questions. I belive there are only 3 kids (twins are hwa's, the last was created by Lover guy all by himself because he's a mutant), I think the 4 was a typo.

That’s not it at all. All 3 children are hwa’s. The twins were conceived at one time and the third one was conceived at another time so they are 3 in total but they are not triplets. How can Seolhyun even have a child from another lover when he’s still living in hwa’s house and hasn’t slept with anyone but hwa ever? Also hwa is Seolhyun’s mate but hwa doesn’t know that. Also when lee bin said 4 he meant in total there would be 4 mutants including Seolhyun. Seolhyun is a mutant and hwa’s three future children are also some kinds of mutants.
You’re right about most of it. Ino erased Seolhyun’s memories not because he’s a rare breed but because he wanted to keep Seolhyun safe. The lord of the wolf’s doesn’t want a rare breed like Seolhyun to end up with a hybrid like hwa so when this happened the first time he hurt hwa and took Seolhyun with him again when they both tried to escape. Ino doesn’t want Seolhyun and Hwa getting hurt again by the lord so he was trying to keep them apart by erasing a part of Seolhyun’s memories. Also the twins are like hwa according to idea( bin’s curse). The third child is different. They don’t know what he is yet. He could be a born vampire
You miss understand me, I forgot seolhyun's name so I called him lover guy. I think he had the third baby with himself. If you look at the beginning of the chapter, they talk about mutants "overcoming the ability to mate with only one male" someone else further down in the comments talked about a spoiler or something about the third child being self made. Or at least from my memory. Reanalyzing the chapter, they know seolhyun's a mutant, so they aren't telling him because they are afraid he might transform or become dangerous once he's conscious of his mutant side (I'm guessing kinda like how a bug bite or paper cut doesn't start hurting until after you find it). So I currently think that either the third child is seolhyun's as both mother and father, or the third child is a mutant like seolhyun is, or both.
No the third child wasn’t self conceived. When they talked about mutants overcoming the ability to mate with only one male they meant they can mate with multiple males at the same time. It’s been told before in the story that lycans have only one mate through their life and will only mate with them but mutants have evolved passed that meaning they can have multiple mates at the same time and mate with them. In Seolhyun’s case, he already marked Hwa when he was young and made him his mate. Although it’s true if Seolhyun wanted he could mate with other lycans too but that’s not what Seolhyun wants. He loves Hwa and only wants to mate with him and no one else. That is one of the main reasons he’s trying to escape the Lycan lord who wants Seolhyun to mate with his younger step brother who’s a pure breed male lycan. I’ve read the spoilers in detail too so I can say with certainty that the third child is not self conceived. That’s simply cannot be possible whatsoever.
