I mean she kinda is tho she’s really stupid like in that episode with the empress how the empress said she was not good at what ever that task was or something
She's good at pretending to be this innocent ingénue which is a strategy in itself and it did manage to make the empress lower her guard.
I like that both Charti/Satie and Irene are crafty, cunning women. Of course I'm on Charti's side, but I like that Irene isn't just some dumbass.
