Manga starts with the couple moving in together. Seme goes to bath house and meets a guy (next seme to current seme’s uke). Uke goes to college and is persuaded to join a club where next seme is apart of. Next seme and uke go on camping trip for club activities and uke teases next seme into having sex and so they do and it continues like that until uke tells next seme he has a boyfriend. Regardless they continue and we’re caught doing it in the bath house by first seme. Seme abuses uke and they break up for a bit but still keep in contact. I hope this sounds familiar!
