Try to take a cold shower before bed, it will relax your nervous system. Also chamomile tea is great to drink before sleep and it doesn't count as food. Also if you breathing exercises will help you to relax - try to inhale counting up to 4 and then exhale counting up to 8, that will relax all your body and mind! (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
