I legit believe he's been "following" (or just obsessed with) since his brother died, which would mean he's really after Ren & Haru is just collateral damage.

When Haru mentions Ayumi to Kodaka, is suddenly felt like what if Ayumi's obsession towards Haru was caused by Kodaka?He mentions she was sticky with his brother. Being a psychologist,what if Kodaka diverted that obsession towards a person with similar friendly personality aka Haru?? It would mean Kodaka's been following Haru and Ren for a long time now!!!whoaaaa scary!!!
