Now my concern is how the guy who was supposed to take care of him seems doesn't care about Blanc going out without supervision
He did warn Blanc that he shouldnt go out because he doesnt have the temporary reg num.

Why are you people calling him dumb or stupid. You guys might have already forgotten Blanc is a robot and he still doesnt know how the outside world works. He is programed to be a domestic robot not an inteligent one. Blanc is still a baby, you guys know that Blanc just got out of the lab right?
