I guess it's bromance? But they are brothers by blood. Bromance yeah but not in a romantic way. It's more of like a family love. I mean Namsoo just wanted a family member. He just wanted to feel belonged. When his father died, he didnt have anyone until he found out about his family history. Anyway, i am rambling. To answer your question? Yeah. It's LITERAL (lol) bromance but not romantic.

From my opinion, i think Hyeongoh knows. He knows that Namsoo is his twin brother. I mean, after all that had happen, I feel like Hyeongoh kept visiting Namsoo at the hospital and they grew closer as real brothers. He even spoke about his future plans with Namsoo and all. I think he knows. I mean before this the dude barely opened up to ANYONE. And now he gradually found a friend and a family member that he can share things with. Yeahhhh he knows for sure. This is my opinion tho. But yeahh.

Binged read the whole story in one night and in one sitting. Got me on the edge so much like damn. The part when Hyeongoh's mom said they looked alike... i was already like "wtf does that even mean?" Then that twist. Damn. Namsoo looks so much like his dad.. damn. He hot. Lol. And and omg.. the back story... :'(( namsoon deserved sooo fucking so much. He just wanted a family....... A FAMILY. D':
