I'm looking for this manga where this little boys mom dies and the little boy has to stay with his uncle or maybe it was the moms boyfriend Idk. but the uncle/boyfriend was working with tying people up in a "pretty way". anyway after a while the uncle/boyfriend startes to kinda rape the boy and the boy is ok with it. The uncle forces the boy to get a tattoo in form of a womb. Time goes on and something happened so the uncle dies ( I think) and the boy ends up sleeping around with people. The end.
