Idk the title HE L P

Ok sooo....It's the story of a true vampire which is a girl. She lives in an orphanage with other little kids? I think the story starts when she enters college. She was really excited and all. There's a rumor that there is a real blood vampire in the campus. She also meet a detective with red hair? I remember that when she is in her true form, her hairs becomes white (usually they are brown). Also, in the webtoon the owner of the orphanage (which she considers her dad), dies against another vampire. It's a webtoon that isn't finished I think. The last chapter I read about this webtoon is when she goes live with the detective, I think? If I remember correctly it,s because they want to find the one who killed her ''father''.
